1. Why the Scanner Cannot Link to the Phone?
Answer: There are some differences in connecting Bluetooth between IOS and Android. For iPhone users, please turn on Bluetooth on the Setting then connect Bluetooth on the APP. For Android users, you can pair with the scanner on the phone setting or APP.
