- EEC Fuel Caps meet OEM specifications and Federal and State Emission Requirements. Two-way action pressure relief/vacuum relief valve allows fuel tank to “breathe" while preventing the escape of fuel fumes. Seals are compounded from fuel-resistant rubber.
