This organic olive oil is produced by a small family company in mountains of natural park Sierra de Grazalema, Andalusia, Spain. A small production allow strong controls of quality and traceability, using only fresh and healthy olives from our own trees and others local farmers. The cold extraction process by centrifuged force produce the best of olive oil. Finally, we don´t use paper filters, only the gravity for clarification. For these reasons Oleum viride is a pure, fresh and fruity organic olive oil . Packed in small batches
