Every year, we bring you a fresh, vibrant and exciting new organic olive oil directly from Andalusia, Spain. We, Ecologica La Olivilla, are a small 8-family cooperative from the natural park of Sierra de Cazorla. We are DOP certified which means that you can trust the product's origin. We are a biodynamic operation and USDA Organic certified which means you know our product is healthy. Made exclusively from Picual olives using state-of-the-art cold-extraction techniques.

The 2018 Dehesa de la Sabina is a perfectly balanced extra virgin olive oil that, as an early harvest, displays exceptional fruitiness, high antioxidant content, followed by desirable sharpness/pepperiness.

Our biodynamic and environmental practices have enabled the return of dozens of species of plants and animals to their original habitat: our olive groves. Our collaboration with non-profit SEO/BirdLife includes the restoration of the habitat of birds of prey which contribute to the growth of our trees by controlling the mole population, responsible for the deterioration of our trees' roots. As recently covered in the media, for us, producing high quality olive oil and protecting Nature goes hand in hand. With your purchase, one dollar will go towards SEO/BirdLife's efforts.
