1990's Rare Wild Arbor Ripe Pu'erh Tea is robust ripe Chinese pu'erh was harvested from semi-wild Arbor trees in Menghai in 1991, and dry stored in China's state-owned tea factory in Kunming under specialized care.
Bio-dynamic Organic Farming methods were used to produce this fine ripe tea. It is highly aromatic- with a scent like fallen leaves collected in a damp pile- grassy, dusty trees with hints of camphor.
Smooth Taste
When you infuse the tea, the clear liquid is super smooth, no astringency and is unique in character.
For the best tea drinking experience, we recommend using a gaiwan and enjoying many infusions. If stored properly, this will age beautifully; maturity will only bring out the smooth character even more.
