Measure your stomach around the widest part of it and find your perfect size below:
XL - SIZE: Width 10" (26 cm) x Length 60" (153 cm), fits waists up to 57" (145 cm)
L - SIZE: Width 10" (26 cm) x Length 51" (130 cm), fits waists up to 48" (122 cm)
M - SIZE (regular size): Width 9" (23 cm) x Length 43" (110 cm), fits waists up to 40" (102 cm)
S -SIZE: Width 9" (23 cm) x Length 34" (86 cm), fits waists up to 32" (81 cm)
XS - SIZE: Width 8" (20 cm) x Length 32" (81 cm), fits waists up to 30" (76 cm)
HOW TO WEAR?
FORMASTAR Waist Trimmer Belt should be worn during your physical exercise/activity under (directly on your skin) or over your T-shirt for no more 2 hrs at a time. The belt supposed to fit comfortably around your waist and be just tight enough to stay in place.
IMPORTANT NOTE
Please do not wear if you're allergic to Neoprene or susceptible to dermatitis. Don`t forget to stay hydrated!
SPECIAL CARE ADVISES
Even though this product is washing machine washable we strongly recommend to wash it by hand in cold water only and hang to dry, so the product will be more durable. We recommend to wash the belt before first use. And don't worry, the smell of a new neoprene will dissipate over a short time by washing and normal exposure to air.
