Bacon's Heir has reinventing the pork rind with their ridiculously addicting Pork Clouds! Pork Clouds are wonderfully fluffy crisps made from salt cured pork skin; so fluffy that we cannot reasonably call them pork rinds and had to change the name! Pork Clouds are made with pork skin that has most of the fat melted off, which is then cured in salt and dried. After this, a unique Olive Oil kettle cooking process is used to make them extra fluffy and tasty! The end result is a poem of pork flavor set into an unmined meat gemstone.
