These shrimp chips are made with real shrimp meat! Uncooked coins or wafers. Make your own light, crispy shrimp chips at home with heated oil! Each cracker wafer expands greatly when heated on the stove in a pan of heated oil.
Deep fry in cooking oil at 320-360 Fahrenheit (160-180 C). Remove when the chips swell and become puffy. Do not overcook.
Best results can be achieved when the cooking oil is at medium heat. It only takes about 20 seconds for the chip to cook to light brown in color.
These shrimp chips are plain white uncolored.
