Make your own light, crispy shrimp chips at home with heated oil! Uncooked prawn crackers in the form of coins, or wafers. Each cracker wafer expands greatly when heated on the stove in a pan of heated oil.
Best results can be achieved when the cooking oil is at medium heat. It only takes about 20 seconds for the chip to cook to light brown in color. Great fun and delicious!
