Rolf is from the island of Svalbard, north of Norway. He gallops about the tundra outside of Longyearbyen, the world's northernmost city (not counting Alert, Canada and Ny-Alesund, Norway, two cities combining for less than 40 people...). For 11 months a years, Rolf lives a simple life. Things get hectic in December when he pulls Santa's sled, making deliveries all over the world.
