Loos Cableware AN100-10 Zinc Plated Thimble for 9/32" and 5/16" Diameter Wire Rope (5 Piece)

Designed to couple together two lengths of wire rope, or to form an eye or loop on wire rope. Wire rope should be the same diameter as rope clip. Consists of a U-shaped bolt, a forged saddle and two nuts. The two layers of wire rope are placed in the U-bolt and clamped into place for a tight connection.

Great for terminating wire rope
Attach the first clip one base width from dead end (loose end) of rope and tighten bolts securely
The U-bolt should saddle the dead end of rope down to the live end
Attach second clip as close to wire rope loop as possible
If three wire rope clips are required, ensure each clip is equally spaced
