Our first product, Happy Pho, developed from a traditional recipe of Thao's grandparents in the 1920s, combines noodles made of brown rice and green tea with a spice packet of all natural/organic spices.At 6 months pregnant, Karen travelled internationally to Vietnam to meet her partner Thao in June 2009 to start their company.
