The foam rubber pad is approximately 3/16" thick and is very receptive to most any type of material including wood and composite materials. It measures approximately 6-3/16" in length which provides you with enough surface area to run longer stock though your table saw, router table and. The overall length of the push stick is approximately 9-5/16". The push stick has a 90 degree notch on the inside end of the foam pad with a relief circle to accept the 90 degree corner of your stock. The notched end is designed to be at the ideal angle to the handle and allows for even pressure while pushing stock through the blade or cutter.
