CHOOSING THE CORRECT SIZE
Sit down with your knee bent at a right angle. Your shin should be vertical and your thigh horizontal.
Then measure 5 inches up your thigh from the center of your knee cap.
Next measure the circumference around your thigh at that point. Compare the measurement you get with the following size chart to determine which size to buy:
S: 12-14 inches
M: 14-17 inches
L: 17-20 inches
