Installation Tips 1.Remove the license plate from your car.put the bling frame in front of the license plate
2.Prepare bolts
3.push the bolt through the washer(attention that teeth side facing outwards )and the bling frame,and your license plate
4.screw the bolt back into your car bumper
5.put anti-theft caps into the washer. Push down hard until you hear a click
