COLD APPLICATION:
Store in freeze and remove. Apply to affected area.
Keep the reusable ice pack in the freezer for 1-2 hours to obtain the best results. (Note: time should not be too long, it will affect the flexibility of the ice pack.)
Our ice pack is covered with flannelette to protect your skin from frostbite and make you more comfortable.
HOT APPLICATION:
Be cautious as microwaves vary in power and you will need to find the correct amount of time to heat the pack.
Flatten the pack to ensure the gel is evenly distributed.
Place the pack in the microwave oven and set timer for a max of 30 seconds to stand for 30 seconds. (Please check out directions carefully before use).
If more heat is required, heat in 10 seconds increments with equal standing time until desired temperature is achieved.
Remove from microwave oven, flannelette on ice packs prevent burns and make you more comfortable.
