All of our ingredients are Keto Approved. If you're looking for a low carb milk alternative, we love unsweetened nut milks (almond, cashew, macadamia). For a higher fat option, add a dash of heavy cream or a spoonful of peanut butter. We also like to snack on our cereal dry! One bag = one bowl of cereal (3/4 cup) with 16g protein, 1g total carbs,and 0 sugar.
