1. If one of the earbuds stop working or you can't connect with your phone, please try to reset.
Reset as below:
Step 1: Turn off both of the earbuds firstly.
NOTICE: Please make sure two earbuds turn off.
Step 2: Forget the device (Lasuney T2-L and Lasuney T2-R) from your Bluetooth on your phone.
Step 3: Touch the pouch panel and hold on 10 seconds for both earbus until hearing three short beeps from two earbuds.
