Directions:

1. Bring two quarts of purified water to a boil in a large pot
2. Add 1-1 ½ TBSP of Yoni Steaming herbs to boiling water
3. Steep for 5-8 minutes
4. Turn off the heat, cover the pot and allow herbs to steep another 5 minutes
5. Transfer water to the bowl you will use for steaming; ideally on the ground
6. Remove all garments from the waist down and wrap a towel around your waist; this will prevent the steam from escaping
7. Get comfortable! Squat over the bowl of steaming water and enjoy the steam for up to 20 minutes
8. After you've finished steaming, dump out the water and keep your body warm and relaxed; lay down, enjoy some warm herbal tea or room-temperature water and find gratitude in doing something kind for your mind, body and spirit
