DIRECTIONS:
Use on pre-lightened hair. Mix 1 part Blondor Toner with 2 parts 6 vol. or 20 vol. Welloxon developer. Apply to towel-dried hair and develop for 10-30 minutes, checking frequently for desired result. DO NOT USE WITH HEAT.
