About Audio Output
â‘ If connecting HDMI to HDMI, please don't connect 3.5mm audio cable, otherwise your device can't output audio.
â‘¡If you connect HDMI to VGA or DVI separately or connect HDMI VGA and DVI, HDMI and VGA, VGA and DVI together, please connect adapter's audio jack to external speakers to output sound.
About Micro USB Cable
â–ºWhen connect high power devices or the device is in low battery, you need to charge the adapter with Micro USB 5V.
â–ºwhen use low voltage computer, you also need to connect the power supply to boost the signal from the computer when display.
NOTE
1.If your input devices is with Mac OS, plug a micro USB to USB device for power is necessary. If don't follow this step, your Connected Monitors will not show any images.
But if with Window Systems, just plug Micro USB for power supply if insufficient Power.
2.If you would like to output 1080p content in external monitors, please make sure that you would insert 1080p Cable, you would connect 1080p Monitors, you would have 1080p input Sources.
3.If the adapter is unable to work initially, please make sure your cable, computer and monitors are all in good condition,if all in OK of these, but adapter still can not work successfully, please feel free to contact us.
