The 17" newly produced rivet nut tool is an integration of several latest design concepts- simple using, effort saving, high reliability and comfortability of ergonomic design.
Its design and long arm enable you to save 50% effort than normal rivet tool and experience a more comfortable way of work.
USER GUIDE:
★Choose the right mandrel sets for rivet size, install it onto the tool head.
★Open the handle fully. Put the rivet nut on the rivet head and then insert it to the hole.
★Press the handle, rivet the nut to the right position.
★Remove the rivet tool out from the hole. Finish!
WARM TIPS:
★ Please check the hole size before selecting mandrel and rivet nuts: M3, M4, M5, M6, M8, M10, M12, 10-24, 1/4-20, 5/16-18, 3/8-16
★ The rivet nut tool only applies to materials with hardness over HRC35, Iron, leather, ABS plastic, Not suitable for fabric, billboard, ultrathin metal plate (<1mm)
★ This rivet nut tool can not be used with plus nuts, jack nuts, or pop rivets.
★ Please NOTE that the M8 mandrel was installed in the riveter.
