Q: Does it have a key in case smart padlock out of power?
A: When a red-light flash, it reminds 20% of the remaining power and need charge. L1+ is a keyless padlock,finger or smartphone is the key. In case it run out of power, please charge it and unlock by your thumbprint.
Do not charge it with excessive current or voltage, it will cause damage. The normal charging head is 5V 1A.
Q: Why sometimes my finger can't unlock?
A: Sometimes finger gets wet or dirty, fingerprint scanner can't recognize clearly, then you can unlock by APP. We can also register two or more fingerprints to unlock thumbprint padlock for this case
