With a heavy gauge stainless steel bracket that slides into the side of your cooler, all you do is add our cable, loop it with our generous 6 foot cable, and add our heavyweight padlock. Now your cooler can't "walk away" in a casual thief's hands. Please verify bracket diameter if you have an older cooler. This bracket is 1.26 inches wide. Verify your slot is that wide.

Disclaimer: Please measure the slot of your model of cooler to verify that a 1.25 inch wide clamp will fit in the slot and that the side of the cooler is no wider than 1 inch [for interior diameter of clamp]. This fits the current 2019 version of the "Roadie" but we understand older models have a shorter slot.

Instructions: Turn handle of cooler to the back of the cooler. Open cooler. Slide bracket into side slot of cooler with bracket hole facing down and out. Close cooler. Lift handle back up and slide lock through bracket and around cooler handle. Now anchor your cable to a fixed item [your truck / a post]. Loop both ends of cable through padlock and lock padlock.
