YOU HAVE TWO WAYS TO USE:

1.One Person Style

Players sit or lie on the ground, with two feet into the straps inside. Hand holding the handle, pull the rope backwards. One person takes one of the balloons and put it in the pouch. Aim the target and let go!

2.Three Person Style

First, have two people grab each end of the launcher with their inside hands and stand three feet apart facing their target. Grasp tubing connection and grips together.

Then, the third man will take one of the balloons and put it in the pouch. Then cup the balloon into the pouch with one hand, the other hand will hold the nylon handle. The launcher starts to pull back latex rubber tubing, aim the target and let go! Never aim at eye level!

TIPS:
