This system comes with nicotine transdermal stop smoking patches correlating to a 3-Step system. The first four weeks, you'll wear a patch with 28mg of nicotine delivered over a 24-hour period. The other patches work the same, decreasing the dose of nicotine for each step. The second step (two weeks) has 14mg patches. The third and final step (two weeks) has only 7mg of nicotine. These patches gradually stop cravings without the worst withdrawal symptoms that make it hard to quit. Each system comes with a total of 56 patches to be used daily over an 8-week period.
