CAN ONLY WORK ON FLAGPOLES WHICH'S OUTSIDE DIAMETER IS 1 INCH OR LESS.
These flag mounting rings go around the outside of your flagpole. If outside diameter
of your flag pole is larger than 1 inch these will NOT WORK.
