How To Put Three Parts (Grinder Carving Disc) Together ?
Step 1: Place the labeled disc face down on a flat surface
Step 2: Add the chain around the disc
Step 3: Add the other disc on top of the assembly
Step 4: Hold the discs together with your finger in the center hole and press tightly while putting on the grinder arbor
Operation Tips on Grinder Disc
1.Absolutely have to wear protective equipment. The goggles have to cover from all sides as things fly everywhere.
2.Get to know the direction of blade spin, start slow, be careful. Never hold in line with your body and keep two hands on the grinder at all times.
3.It's safer due to kick back that the guard should be at a 45 degree angle so that the grinder will pull away from you rather than towards you when it kicks back.
Attention:
It's not advised to use the switch lock feature on any grinder.
