Q: How to order extra parts?
A: Please message us which parts you need (better with the code in the installation guide), we accept Paypal. Extra parts orders will be shipping from our factory in China, take around 9-15 days to arrive.
Q: Can it be used on a sloped/slanted ceiling?
A: For pendant lighting, yes, they can, but we don't recommend since the fixture may weigh the hanging cord down then shorten the longevity of the lighting. For ceiling lights, we don't recommend either, but technically they can be used on it. You can always message us for details.
