This crankcase vent valve breather hose kit includes the Crankcase Pressure Regulator Valve and 2 Breather Hoses. The crank case valve and hoses commonly crack overtime and lead to rough running, misfires, a check engine light (CEL), poor fuel economy, and sometimes smoking. This kit includes 2 hose or pcv pipe that connects to the intake manifold and intake tube at the rear. The positive crankcase ventilation valve can easily be located on top of the engine under the engine cover, the 2 hoses are found at the back and front of the PCV valve.
Failure of this part can cause a lot of codes to pop up on when scanning the vehicle for problems including P0300, P0171, P0506, P0302, P0301, P0303, P0304, P119A, P2187 & more.
