Quick User Guide:
1) Wash before using the sling.
2) Before cooking put your dish or pan on the sling, use the sling to lower your dish or pan into the pressure cooker, and then interlock the handles in place and close the cooker lid.
3) When cooking is finished, we recommend using mitts to prevent scalding, before grabbing both handles to lift your dish out of pressure cooker.
4) When used as an egg rack, place the sling inside the pressure cooker, and place the eggs on the rack. After cooking time is done, detach handles and lift the egg rack out of the cooker.
