How to Prep Your Mini Moss
At a size of approximately 3" x 1.75" (may vary slightly as an organic aquatic decor), the Betta Coco Mini Moss from Luffy has a gentle curve to easily set into any bottom surface from sand to river pebbles or gravel. Because the java moss and coconut shell arrive in raw condition, a couple of brown spots are not unusual. These spots are perfectly normal and will turn green as soon as the moss adjusts to its new environment and water conditions. To help your moss adjust quicker, acclimate the decor in a bowl of the aquarium water for 48 hours before putting in the tank.
