1.Does this fit a hose that is 1/2 inch IPS straight threads?
No it doesn't.
2.Can I fully stop/start the flow with the buttons on this head or is it just for pausing and stream/spray mode?
Yes, you can stop the flow, or switch between spray and stream.
3.How to exchange the spout?
Just unscrew the old one and screw on the new one!
4.ABS Plastic spray is more easy leaking?
No.ABS is an acronym for acrylonitrile butadiene styrene, is a kind of high strength, good toughness and easy processing molding thermoplastic polymer materials.
