How to use it?
- Put device on flat and firm surface;
- Lie down and keep your neck close to it;
- Relax and allow your head drop naturally. Keep 1 cm away from the back of head and the surface (Height of device is adjustable);
- Bend your knees to help promote systemic blood circulation;
- Use once per day,with 3 minutes per day for the first week and 5 minutes per day for the second
week, and the gradual process can be improved.
