Q: I found it hard to install as the silicone is too tight, why?
A: Silicone is elastic material, it is necessary to make this sleeve a little tighter to avoid slide-out as well as to further protect your JUUL from shock and bump. You may find it a little difficult to install for the first time, but as time goes by, the silicone sleeve will get loose for much easier installation but still firm to hold the JUUL.
Q: Does the sleeve bring about cartridge leak?
