Here's how to make a quick and easy pompom shooter using a pool noodle, a balloon and duct tape:
1. Cut off a 3 inch piece from the end of a pool noodle.
2. Tie a knot in the neck of a uninflated balloon. Turn the balloon around and trim an inch off the top center (i.e. the drip tip).
3. Pull the newly opened end of the balloon over the 3 inch pool noodle and secure with duct tape.
4. Load and launch! Poms away!
