More Features: For better use experience, fill the gym water bottles with warm water and added some baking soda or lemon juice, soak for 24 hours before first time use.
The refillable water bottle applicable temperature is : -50℃~ 200℃, but we do not recommend so hot water, because silicone bottle is not hot insulated . Avoiding the risk of scalding please use for cold or warm water.
For operate smoothly, when folding and stretching please open the little round flip lid on the handle cap.
