Tips and troubleshooting
1.The photo shown in the photo app takes about 5 seconds.Do not remove the card reader during this time. Wait for enough time to view the device.
2.Make sure the card (CF, SD or TF) is a good card and the card capacity does not exceed 64GB. Note that Wi-Fi SD cards are not supported.
3.The cf card reader cannot be used with the GoPro Camera sd card and Sony high speed card.When your iphone / ipad shows "This cable or accessory is not certified and may not work reliably on this iPhone / iPad",please ignore it, this will not affect normal use.
4.If the digital camera does not take a photo, use a computer to create a folder named "DCIM" in the root directory of the sd memory card.Copy photos and videos to the DCIM folder. Rename each photo and video file to "IMG_XXXX", where XXXX is a unique number. For example,if you have a JPG file and a .MOV file, name them "IMG_0001.JPG" and "IMG_0002.MOV".
5.Please note that due to iOS limitations, please use this iphone cf card reader to read one card at the same time, which means that all cards cannot be read at the same time.
