Basic Instructions for Patterned Paint Rollers
Before placing the Patterned Paint Roller into the Applicator Handle you will want to load up the sponge with paint. Depending on the thickness of your paint, you may water to mix in a little bit of water to thin it down so the sponge soaks it up better. Load the sponge like any other paint roller. After the sponge is loaded, place the Patterned Paint Roller into the Applicator Handle. To get the paint onto the roller you will want to roll it onto some scrap paper. Now that the roller is all ready, roll onto the surface you are working on. You can roll both directions, up or down. We personally prefer rolling down. After rolling one row, you can either line it up right next to that row or leave a little space. Don't worry about lining things up perfectly because you can rarely tell.
