Usually, a strap will last 60-90 days using for normal hoverboards. 

Please see below tips to reduce the wear between straps and ground: 

• 1) Adjust the angles and places of straps assembly in case touching ground while riding. .
• 2) Use a stapler to enhance the broken points of straps. 
• 3) Do not push/pull too deep because the straps would touch and rub the ground with low underpan hoverboard.
