Easy step by step assembly instructions:
1.Tie a string in the center of the strip of paper. 2. Carefully pull out each layer of tissue one by one away from the center, with the edges to the outside. 3. Once all the layers have been pulled away, use your hands to create a more rounded shape. 4. Now your pom poms are ready to use! Hang them from the ceiling, above the table, under the veranda or from the tree branches in the garden.
