With the help of a flat-head screwdriver, it can be quickly installed in your 2006-2011 Honda Civic EX, 2006-2011 Honda Civic LX, 2006-2011 Honda Civic Si, and 2009 Honda Civic Coupe. Start by pulling the bottom rubber casing away from the handle. Then remove the top plastic piece (pops out). You might need to use a screwdriver to poke through the hole on the side and push part of the plastic in. Once you've removed the top plastic portion, pull the rubber backing off the handle. Now that you've removed the old part, slide the new rubber backing onto the handle and pop the new top plastic piece into place. Then slide the button into the handle. (This may require some wiggling and elbow grease) The grip & knob set for the emergency brake handle includes a one (1) year limited warranty.
