HOW TO USE
Prepare ready to eat prepackaged food in a zipper bag much like in MREs. To start cooking:
- Put 1x disposable heat pack in cooker, place the food pouch on top
- Close the lid and squeeze all edges to seal cooker
- Open one side and add 200ml (6.8oz) of cold water, close the lid again. Warm food will be ready in 10 - 20 minutes

FOODS IT CAN COOK
MRE style ready-to-cook, prepackaged, frozen, pre-cooked meals in zipper food pouch or retort pouched food. No raw meat. Freeze dried food, dehydrated, can food, eggs, ramen noodles, clam chowder soup are all proven to work well. Branded outdoor camping food i.e. Tasty Bite, Mountain House are also good choices. Self-heating meals with ration heater are not necessary.
