A: It CANNOT be used for straightening the long hair and thick hair! However, it is perfect for styling the bangs, tail, bobs, man's beard, short and thin hair.
Q: Why doesn't my iron do the job well?
A: Pre-heat 2-3 minutes before using for ideal styling temperature, the max. temperature can reach 410F/210C. Also, CANNOT straighten or curl too much hair once.
Q: Why does it charge so slow?
A: Please make sure the output power of your adaptor is 5V 2A, the standard charging time is 90 minutes; if not, it will spend more time or cannot be charged.
