Matters Need Attention:

1. Please check the pin out in the last picture and consult with your device supplier whether this cable fit for your device before ordering.

2. If there is no power after connected with your device please check if the plugs on each side are well plugged. If this step does not solve the problem please use a Multimeter to check the cable and compare with the wiring diagram in the last picture to see if every wire is well connected.

3. If the wires are well connected it may caused by incompatible between the cable and your device.

4. If the wires are detected different from the wiring diagram we provided it may caused by wrong connection or a damage during shipment. Please ask for a return if this situation happen.
