3.The best charging time for ES30 electric scooter is 3.5-4 hours. Please do not exceed this range, otherwise it will easily damage the charger or battery.

Warranty:

Battery
One-year warranty:Unauthorized removal of damaged batteries or plug-ins, use of non-company standard chargers, battery damage, short-circuit or long-term failure to charge caused by human factors such as water is not guaranteed.

Motor and Reducer
One-year warranty: Unauthorized removal, or man-made damage caused by water, severe impact, tire stall or blockage is not guaranteed.

Control system
One year guarantee: Can not be restored due to performance failure except for overloaded driving or other human causes would be guaranteed.

Charger
One year warranty: The battery is normally attenuated by more than 50% (except for human factors), and battery maintenance can be performed within 12 months. There is no warranty for human causes.

Direction bar
One year warranty: Modification, bending, collision, surface scratches, missing parts, other human causes are not guaranteed.

Shell
One year warranty: No collision, no other human causes of the situation can be guaranteed.
