1.Q: Why my blender won't work after charging for a day?
A: Please check if you Pushed In the black safety Cut-Power Switch at the bottom before you charge or use it. This is an Upgraded Feature to save energy and protect the lithium battery.
2. Q: Why my blender charged over 4 hours but the red light won't change to white?
A: Please check if you turned off (Pushed In) the black safety Cut-Power Switch at the bottom before you charge it.
3.Q: Can it blend ice?
A: This blender can't blend ice cubes, but can blend crushed ice.
4.Q: Why the motor stopped working?
A: The blades may get stucked, please invert and shake gently then restart it.
5.Q: Why the blender would start up for about half a second, then shut off?
A: There may be two reasons: 1. the ingredients are too full, please keep the food material no more than 2/3 of the bottle, and add liquid whatever you blend; 2.The blades get stucked,please invert and shake gently to restart it.
6.Q: Why this blender need press the switch 3 sec to start?
A: Due to safety consideration, we designed the blender need to press 3 sec to start, in case of pressing it accidentally.
7.Q: Why the blender starts leak?
A: Please check if the silicone ring installed correctly.
