Why cannot The left and right earbuds connect with each other? The two earbuds will connect with each other automatically if you took them out of the charging box at the same time. If they don't, please follow these tips to reconnect them.
1. Put them in the charging box and take them out at the same time again.
2. If step 1 doesn't work, please double click the earbuds at the same time until Blue and Red lights flash alternately, then the two earpieces will connect with each other. 3. If both of the Above steps don't work, please contact our customer service to get a replacement/refund.
