●Q: Are the gloves machine washable ?
A : No , do not recommend it , but you can put it into wash bag to clean it .

●Q: Gloves only heats for about 30 minutes then went off when i first use it.
A: Since mostly batteries did not with full charge ,so please charge it around 3-4 hours once you get it .
