4. When removing from your body, use water to weaken the adhesive and the nipple cover should slide off easily.
5. Notice: Recommend to use no more than 8 hours. Please use wet towel to mosit the breast first before peeling off, so as to weaken the stickiness and protect your breast from being hurt.
